Common questions.

What's the minimum ad spend you'll work with?
$3K per month in ad spend is the floor. Below that, the math on management fees plus creative production doesn't work for either side. Most of our clients spend between $5K and $50K per month.
Do you run both Meta and Google?
Yes. Meta is where most product brands start because it scales colder traffic faster. Google is usually the next layer, especially Brand Search, Shopping, and Performance Max. You can run one or both.
Do you guarantee a specific ROAS?
No. Anyone who guarantees a number is lying or about to cap your spend at a level where the math is impossible to fail. We share realistic projections based on your AOV, margin, and category before kickoff.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. Always. We work inside your Meta Business Manager and your Google Ads account. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and we walk away.
How long is the contract?
Three month minimum to start, then month to month after that. Paid ads need time to gather signal and test creative before they're judgeable. One month isn't enough to know if it works.
What's the difference between Full Service and Management Only?
Full Service includes new ad creative produced every two weeks. Management Only assumes you bring your own creative on a regular cadence and we just run the campaigns. The monthly fee on Management Only is lower.
Do I need to have my brand and creative figured out first?
For Full Service, no. We can produce ad creative even if your brand is rough. For Management Only, you need an existing creative pipeline since you'll be supplying the assets.
How is performance reported?
Monthly written report tied to revenue, ROAS, CAC, and channel level performance. Plus a live dashboard you can check any time. Not vanity metrics like CPM and reach.
