Ordering

Orders & Pricing

What is the minimum order quantity?
500 pouches minimum on all orders. This applies to stand up pouches, flat pouches, and die cut pouches. No large commitments required.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out our quote form with your product details, dimensions, finish, and quantity. We send pricing within 1 business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. Payment is due before production begins.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Per-unit pricing decreases as quantity increases. Include your target quantity in the quote form for exact pricing.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file. Reorders are faster because there is no design or proof step. Just place the order and we go to production.

What pouch types do you offer?
Stand up pouches, lay flat pouches, and die cut pouches. Each is available with custom sizes, barriers, finishes, and features.
Are your pouches food-safe?
Yes. All food packaging uses FDA-approved, food-grade barrier films safe for direct food contact.
What finishes are available?
Glossy, matte, soft touch, metallic, clear, frosted, spot UV, and foil stamp. Finishes can be combined.
Do you offer sustainable packaging?
Yes. Recyclable films, post-consumer recycled materials, and compostable options available.
What barrier options do you offer?
Moisture, oxygen, light, and grease barriers. Foil-lined, metalized, and specialty films for any product type.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Sample packs available so you can test material, barrier, and print quality before committing to a full run.
Production

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
3 weeks from artwork approval to delivery. We send a digital proof before anything goes to press.
Do you offer rush production?
Expedited timelines may be available depending on order size and current production schedule. Contact us to discuss.
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. International shipping available on a case-by-case basis.
Do I approve a proof before printing?
Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof. Nothing goes to press until you sign off.
Design

Design & Artwork

What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF, AI, and PSD files at 300 DPI with CMYK color. Our artwork specs page has full details on bleed, safe zones, and dielines.
Can I order without a finished design?
Yes. We offer design services from single pouch layouts to full brand packages. You can also download free templates and design your own.
Do you offer design templates?
Yes. Free dieline templates for every pouch type with bleed zones, safe areas, and fold lines.
How much does design cost?
We offer starter, growth, and full brand packages at fixed prices. Custom projects are quoted based on scope.
