Everything you need to know to submit print-ready artwork. File formats, resolution, color mode, bleed zones, and safe areas.
PDF (preferred), AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop). All fonts must be outlined or embedded.
300 DPI minimum at actual print size. Images below 300 DPI will appear blurry. Screen graphics at 72 DPI are not acceptable.
CMYK only. RGB files will be converted and colors may shift. Pantone spot colors available on request.
Extend all artwork 3mm (0.125 inches) past the cut line on all sides. This prevents white edges after trimming.
Keep all critical text, logos, and important elements at least 5mm (0.2 inches) inside the cut line.
All fonts must be converted to outlines (Illustrator) or rasterized (Photoshop). Do not embed live text.
We provide free dieline templates for every pouch type. Each template includes the cut line, bleed zone, safe area, and fold lines. Download templates from our templates page.
If your artwork does not meet these specifications, we will notify you before production begins. We can adjust minor issues (color mode conversion, small bleed extensions) at no charge. For files that need significant rework, we recommend our design services.
Upload your print-ready file through the quote form or email it to [email protected]. We review every file and send a digital proof before anything goes to press.
