Unlike stand up pouches which have a bottom gusset for shelf display, flat pouches are space-efficient and ideal for single-serve products, samples, sachets, and lightweight goods. Custom flat pouches are popular for cosmetic samples, coffee single-serves, supplement packets, and ecommerce inserts.
What is the minimum order for custom flat pouches?
The minimum order for custom printed flat pouches is 500 units with no maximum quantity. Digital printing eliminates the plate fees and high minimums associated with traditional flexographic printing. This makes custom flat pouch packaging accessible for small brands, product launches, and sample programs.
What sizes are available for flat pouches?
